Sarasota City Commission: The board on Tuesday will hear a presentation on the Sarasota Bayfront 20:20 initiative and is expected to offer direction on a vision statement and guiding principles. The evening session is scheduled to begin at 6pm.
Manatee County Commission: The board meets Tuesday in a joint meeting with the Longboat Key Town Commission. The boards are expected to discuss a joint application on maintenance dredging of Longboat Pass. The meeting begins at 9am in the Manatee County Government Administrative Center in Bradenton.
