Manatee Memorial Announces New Board Members

Caleb Grimes, John Peters, Melvin Price,  and Carol Probstfeld have been named to the Board of Governors of Manatee Memorial Hospital. The 319-bed acute care hospital opened in 1953 and is owned by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services. Grimes is a partner at the law firm of Grimes Goebel Grimes Hawkins Gladfelter and Galvano. Peters, a pulmonologist with Matrix Pulmonary, is the chief of the medical staff at Manatee Memorial. Price is the chief of the Podiatry Department at Manatee County Rural Health Services. Probstfeld is the president of State College of Florida.
