Shelly’s Shack has closed on the purchase of a 19,943-square-foot retail site on S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota for $685,000. The seller, 4420 Tamiami,, was represented by Stephen Pileggi of Pileggi Realty Group. The buyer was represented by Commercial Advisors Brad Lindberg and Larry Starr, with the downtown Sarasota office of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group. This property has had a vacant shell building on it for a number of years.
