Welcome Sgt. First Class Gregory Robinson to SRQ at Dolphin Aviation Today

Coconut Telegraph

Operation Second Chance invites the public to welcome Sgt. First Class Gregory Robinson, his wife and two children to Sarasota as they arrive at 11:45 today October 10 at Dolphin Aviation 8191 North Tamiami Trail.  Sgt. Robinson lost his leg on his third tour in Afghanistan, spent a year at Walter Reed, was fitted with a prosthesis and fought to remain an active duty soldier. He then completed Air Assault school, the first soldier with a prosthesis to earn that achievement, and proceeded on to another tour in Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne.  Sgt. Robinson and his family are visiting Sarasota from Fort Campbell, Kentucky for the week. Kudos to Sarasota Elks 2495, Vern and Matt Buchanan and Sarasota Ford, Ron Ciaravella, Dolphin Aviation, Veteran’s Airlift Command, Rami Nehme and Blasé Café and 3.14 Pi for making Sgt. Robinson's visit possible.
