Forty Carrots WWS A Huge Success

The 11th annual Wine, Women & Shoes event this fall to benefit Forty Carrots Family Center’s Parenting Program was a huge success. Under the leadership of co-chairs Melissa Howard and Terry McKee, this year’s event net was $480,000. Nine other non-profits hosting Wine, Women & Shoes events in other cities attended the luncheon to learn what they could take back to benefit their own charities. Forty Carrots provides Parenting Education and Child & Family Therapy in Sarasota & Manatee Counties. Over 3700 clients were served last year at 25 partner locations. 100% of clients were served for free.
