Jeff Lonsbury purchased two units on Corporation Way in Venice for $120,000. Totaling 2,360 square feet, this flex space consists of roughly 850 square feet of office space with industrial space occupying the remainder. Lonsbury is a local contractor who plans to use the space to expand his business. Eric Massey with Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller. Kevin Robbins with Harry E. Robbins Associates Realty represented the buyer.
