The official 2014-2015 school grades released by the Florida Department of Education revealed that the School District of Manatee County raised its overall District Grade to a “B” for the first time since 2011.The Manatee District received a “C” grade from the state each of the previous three school years. Some highlights from the grades released include the fact that 14 of the Manatee District’s traditional public schools earned A grades.
