Kimberly O’Connor is scheduled to open Blow la la, a blow dry bar, later this spring between Panera Bread and Elysian Fields in Midtown Plaza and promises to offer a sophisticated alternative for women who don’t have the time or need for a full-service cut or color but just need a blow out. The concept salon will feature a Parisian theme and thoroughly modern design. In addition to offering blow outs, Blow la la will also provide make up services and eyelash extensions.
