Neal Signature Homes, a Lakewood Ranch-based semi-custom, luxury homebuilder, scored six awards from the 2016 Parade of Homes for its Fenwick model in the popular Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood, a semi-private club in a 1,000-acre gated, master-planned community.The 3,020-square-foot Fenwick took home Best Curb Appeal, Best Master Suite, Best Floor Plan, Best Architectural Detail, Best Kitchen and Best Overall.
