University Park Country Club announced the appointment of Roger Turtch as the new executive chef. Specializing in modern American cuisine with creative twists, Turtch is responsible for new menu concept and development as well as in-house culinary team management for both The Park Grille & Café and University Park Country Club’s Banquet and Catering for social and special events, meetings and weddings. A Johnson & Wales University graduate, Turtch brings more than 40 years of culinary, restaurant ownership and Executive Chef experience to members and guests, including most recently serving as Executive Chef at Frenchman’s Reserve in Palm Gardens.
