Cumberland Advisors announced the addition of Patricia M. Healy as senior vice president of research and portfolio manager and Kimberly Douglas as a compliance officer. Healy will be a part of the fixed income team and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Douglas holds a 16-year background in financial industry operations, regulatory compliance, relationship management and human resources.
