Neal Communities, the area's largest locally owned and operated private builder, recently recognized and promoted Nicole Brooks, Tashara Cronshaw and Diane Kerper within the Lakewood Ranch-based company. Brooks will act as the vice president of sales in Neal Communities’ north region. Cronshaw will transition to the vice president of human resources and Kerper will serve as the vice president of sales and marketing in the company’s south region.
