The Salvation Army Sarasota welcomes Rabbi Jonathan R. Katz, who has been focusing on an innovative homeless behavioral choice model program, Quality of Life or QLife. Katz, who completed an eight-year tenure at Temple Beth Israel on Longboat Key in July, previously served on The Salvation Army Sarasota’s Advisory Board where he co-chaired the QLife Committee.
