The outside gulf front deck of the iconic Beach House Restaurant is getting a makeover. Barron and Patty Schimberg of The Schimberg Group, assume the role of designers for the new Beach House deck. The louvered system, which creates a year-round covered restaurant option, practically serving as an extension to the interior dining area, stands as the first step for the project aimed at revitalizing the waterfront property.
