The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce has announced the promotion of Brittany Lamont to Vice President. Lamont began her career at the Chamber as a communications intern in 2010 while finishing her degree in marketing at the University of South Florida. Her most recent role at the Chamber was the director of communications and events. In her new position, Lamont will manage the membership team responsible for all aspects of the membership experience including new sales, retention, communications and events. Lamont will work closely with members and staff to continue to grow the benefits associated with membership including the new tiered dues structure.
