Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has named Lynn Kaiser Conrad as the branch manager of its Sarasota central office. Conrad will provide guidance and support to more than 65 sales associates and will lead the office’s growth and recruiting efforts. Conrad brings over 31 years in real estate experience, and is transitioning from the company’s Winter Park office, where she served as the assistant manager, one of the company’s largest offices in Florida. Previously, Conrad served as a managing broker for competing companies in Port St. Lucie and Daytona Beach. Conrad is a FREC certified real estate instructor and has written and taught numerous licensing courses.
