The Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Realtor® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) presented the 2016 Commercial Realtor® of the Year award to Tony Veldkamp, a Realtor® with SVN Commercial Advisory Group who has been involved with RASM’s Commercial Investment Division for more than 16 years. Veldkamp also served as the 2016 CID president, and previously served on the CID Board of Directors. He was also instrumental in the effort to raise more than $16,000 for the Children’s Guardian Fund through the annual CID Golf Tournament this year. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the Sarasota and Manatee area, Veldkamp currently serves as a Senior Advisor and the Managing Director of SVN Commercial Advisory Group.
