Kate Rossi, executive vice president of NRT LLC, East Region, and Clark Toole, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Florida, have beennamed to the Swanepoel Power 200 List, a prestigious ranking of the 200 most influential people in residential real estate. Rossi was named #53 nationwide and #10 among all of the women in the top 200.
