Risdon Group, the award-winning developers of Risdon on 5th residences, have retained Studio BCC, a Sarasota-based branding and marketing firm, to drive its marketing efforts forward. Risdon on 5th is an upscale, contemporary designed mixed-use condominium in the heart of the Rosemary District. Risdon on 5th’s sales are already at 75 percent, with occupancy this summer. Studio BCC is led by Creative Director Brian Carlock. After 20 years of agency experience in Manhattan, he opened the agency in the Rosemary District, focusing on branding, marketing, advertising and web services, creating solutions designed for business results.
