Do the unthinkable and order something other than the famed Surfer Sandwich from Anna’s Deli (crazy, we know). Just think of the Villager as a remix to your favorite song—a little different but you still play it on repeat and sing at the top of your lungs. Sometimes too much of a good thing can be bad (or really, really boring), so step out of your tastebuds’ comfort zone and try the Villager, filled with grade-A deli salami and bologna, Swiss and onions. Don’t forget to top it off with the signature Anna’s Sauce and pair with a crunchy, refreshing pickle. Anna’s may be the “Home of the Surfer” but we say Anna’s is also “Home of the Humble Villager.”
