Easter Sunday is right around the corner, meaning brunch galore. Spend the next three weeks leading up to the holiday perfecting the Table Creekside's berry mimosa recipe—then compare to Bar Manager Matthew Serrano's version on the 16th. Grab some fresh berries and get muddling!

Ingredients: Blackberries; blueberries; strawberries; St. Germaine; champagne of choice.

Muddle blackberries, blueberries and strawberries with ½ oz. St. Germaine and use a fine strain to keep liquid. Fill with favorite champagne in a fancy flute.
