Executive search firm Brooke Chase Associates has announced the successful placement of David Gordon as President of Kabinart, a manufacturer of all-wood, semi-custom residential kitchen and bath cabinetry available throughout the Eastern US. With a background in strategic leadership at Armstrong World Industries, Gordon was picked to lead new product and channel initiatives in the cabinetry division as vice president of marketing, and was then promoted to president and CEO of Armstrong Cabinets where he led the company to sales and profitability growth. Most recently, Gordon was president and CEO of Wellborn Forest Products where he transformed an underperforming business by rationalizing operations and improving product quality.
