Governor Scott Reappoints Polk

Williams Parker attorney Bonnie Lee Polk has been reappointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott to the Twelfth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Judicial Nominating Commissions are responsible for selecting nominees to fill judicial vacancies within the Florida court system. Polk is a litigation attorney. She focuses on clients involved in probate and trust disputes, representing trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries and interested third parties in trust proceedings, will contests and other fiduciary litigation. She also represents clients involved in corporate and real estate disputes. Polk currently serves as president of the Judge John M. Scheb American Inn of Court and is a board member of Cenacle Legal Services, a nonprofit organization that provides pro bono legal services to low-income members of the local community.
