Venice-based construction company, J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp., recently broke ground on the Pinkerton Wealth Management Group's retail and office building in downtown Venice. A groundbreaking ceremony took place on Monday, May 8, to celebrate the addition to the Venice Main Street district. The 10,000-square-foot two-story building will hold the future headquarters for Pinkerton Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. The building will house four retail suites on the ground level, and the second floor will feature professional office space.Designed by Beebe Design Studio Architects, the building will blend well with the city’s Mediterranean revival style and the historical elements of the existing buildings.
