FloorForce, a fast-growing leader in software creation and digital marketing in the flooring industry, is moving its operations to Sarasota County from Boca Raton. FloorForce chose to relocate its headquarters to downtown Sarasota because of rapid growth and the attractiveness of Sarasota, the open-space Bold building and the presence of a similar company in Dealers United. FloorForce is planning to add 72 full-time employees over five years. The company works with more than 250 flooring manufacturers and more than 1,000 floor-covering retailers in the industry. FloorForce is on pace to double in size in 2017 and again in 2018. After moving to Sarasota County, the company is planning to hire a director of operations, a director of digital production, a senior web designer, at least seven web designers, at least three digital marketing managers and three more digital marketing sales people in the short term. The number of positions is expected to grow as sales continue to increase.
