The Sarasota Opera Guild announces its 2017-18 Board of Directors incPeter Phillipes, Ann Waller, Joel Reznick, Alma Abshier, Antoinette Dowling, Sherry Wheeler, Bonti Burgess, Ann Gray, Zona Starks, Cecile Adams, Michael Bowers, Karin Murphy, Pat Dodge, Louis Martorella and David Chivas. The Sarasota Opera Guild was organized to foster, promote, and increase knowledge and appreciation of opera in the community in conjunction with Sarasota Opera; to encourage and assist young singers; and to sponsor projects to raise funds for the opera.
