Realtors Jack and Sandy Mooney have joined the Sarasota office of RE/MAX Alliance Group. Previously with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, they specialize in luxury and waterfront properties. Realtor Dan Jasmer has also joined the Sarasota office of RE/MAX Alliance Group, bringing 13 years of local real estate experience, specializing in second-home and short-term rental properties. A 21-year resident of the area, Jasmer is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Million Dollar Guild. He is also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). Prior to his career in real estate, Jasmer was a product manager for a physician practice management firm. The Mooneys have been residents of the Sarasota area for 14 years and bring extensive knowledge of the luxury market. Jack is also well versed in investment properties, and Sandy has experience with gated and golf course communities. Both have entrepreneurial backgrounds. Jack owned an automotive business while Sandy owned an office products company.
