Tech Candy Fan Girl, found at Garden Argosy on St. Armands Circle, answers the ever-pressing question of how to stay cool in Florida’s notoriously hot summers. Playing off of mobility and minimizing bulkiness, this portable fan works in tandem with a smartphone when plugged into its charging port, using the phone’s battery as a source of energy.
