Jambalaya Dreams

Hunting & Gathering

Exchanging backyards for bayous, take a flavor trip down to New Orleans with Owen’s Fish Camp’s Jambalaya. Full of deep southern flavors, the massive shrimp, thick and juicy chicken, grilled andouille sausage, and rich crawfish meld together with the acidic tomatoes creating a decadent chunky broth. Served over dirty rice, which sops up the broth and adds a different texture, every bite leads to different flavor combinations of the spicy sausage and the semi-sweet shrimp. A side of chunky bread or succotash elevates the flavor profiles while cutting through the spice and richness. Leaving one full and normally with a to-go box, this jambalaya adds a spicy twist to any night.
