GATES Construction announced the addition of Lloyd Smith as senior project manager. Smith is responsible for the overall project coordination from the pre-construction and permitting stage through to owner occupancy. Smith has 25 years of construction experience, including four years in the Sarasota area. With a wide variety of project types, Smith has particular expertise in retail, commercial, religious, office and multi-family construction. He completed the Project Management Program at Community College of Baltimore County. Smith will be based out of GATES Construction’s Sarasota office.
