Ruberg Joins Kirk-Pinkerton

Jodi Ruberg, a civil attorney and southwest Florida native, has joined the law firm of Kirk-Pinkerton, PA. Prior to joining Kirk-Pinkerton, the Lemon Bay High School alum served most recently as associate general counsel for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, managing litigation for all 13 of the company’s parks situated throughout five states, including Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Discovery Cove. Previously, she was a litigation attorney for FCCI Insurance Group and an associate attorney with Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin. Ruberg obtained her bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Central Florida. She earned her juris doctor from Florida State University, where she was the relations director for the FSU Women’s Law Symposium and an intern with the Second Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s office. At Kirk-Pinkerton, Ruberg will serve corporations, nonprofits, governments and individuals with litigation ranging from complex commercial law, probate disputes and issues arising from the Florida Sunshine laws.
