Westfield Siesta Key has announced the grand opening of Connors Steak and Seafood this Sunday, Sep. 24 at 11am. Connors is the latest first-to-market concept to open at Westfield Siesta Key after the recent rebranding from Westfield Southgate. Connors, a steak and seafood restaurant with an upscale bar, is owned by one of the largest private restaurant groups in the Southeast, Connor Concepts Inc., a company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week and will serve a variety of menu items including a Boursin Burger, Chipotle Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad, Spicy Mahi Tacos, Espresso Ribeye, Blue Cheese Filets, Swordfish Scampi and more.
