The Sarasota Young Professionals Group (YPG), a program of The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, has announced its 2017-2018 board of directors. From Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, Robert Young will serve as chair, and from Northwestern Mutual, Ashley Leon will serve as immediate past chair. Murray Devine of Community Foundation of Sarasota County will serve as member at large, and Coldwell Banker’s Jeff Kattrein will serve as finance liaison. Brandon McAllister or Sarasota Memorial Health Care System will serve as engagement chair, while Jamie Minton of Girls, Inc. will serve as government issues chair. Programming chair will be Lauren Joseph of Sarasota Orchestra, annual events chair will be Leroy Presley of Intertape Polymer Group and volunteer chair will be Branan Jacobs of Magnify Good. Rounding out the board, Elizabeth Reynolds of Innovative Agent Services, Sofie Wachtmeister of Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium and Carl Watkins of Allegiant Private Advisors will serve as communications chair, recruitment chair and partnership chair, respectively.
