Williams Parker attorney Erin Hope Christy has been appointed president of the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) of the Sarasota County Bar Association. The mission of the YLD is to integrate young lawyers into the legal profession by stimulating their interest in bar association activities, social and educational programs, and public service projects and by providing young lawyers with a voice in the state and local bar associations. Christy focuses her practice in the areas of real estate and land use. She handles complex residential and commercial real estate matters, including land use and zoning matters, developer representation, landlord representation and purchaser and seller representation in connection with residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions. Additionally, she counsels developers and significant landowners on a variety of land use matters.
