The law firm of Fergeson, Skipper, P.A. has been named to the 2018 “Best Law Firms” list by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers. The firm was ranked in Tier 1 for Trusts and Estates Law and Tier 1 for Tax Law in the Sarasota Metro area. Receiving a tier designation is based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process. To be eligible for a ranking a law firm must have at least one attorney included on The Best Lawyers In America list. For the second consecutive year all shareholders in the firm’s Tax Department were selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2018 edition of The Best Lawyers In America.
