Supervisor of Elections Announces Early Voting Dates

Early voting for the December 5, 2017 House District 72 Special (Democratic) Primary will begin on Saturday, November 25 and continue through Saturday, December 2, according to Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections Ron Turner. Eligible voters may cast ballots during the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm daily at the any of the following three Sarasota locations: Supervisor of Elections Office at Sarasota County Terrace Bldg., 2001 Adams Lane; North Sarasota Library at 2801 Newtown Blvd.; and Westfield Sarasota Square Mall at 8201 South Tamiami Trl. Only voters who live within the boundaries of House District 72 and are registered as Democrats are eligible to cast ballots in the Democratic Primary. Florida Law requires voters to present photo and signature ID prior to voting. A voter who appears at a polling place without photo and signature ID will be allowed to vote a provisional ballot.
