Sarasota-based marketing company Innovative Agent Services (IAS) is celebrating its 15th year in business. With a 5,100-square-foot building, nine full-time employees and two outside sales reps on the East Coast, they are able to successfully serve over 4,000 clients with all forms of marketing. Starting with only the Realtor email blasts, the list of services has grown as the demands have grown. Involved in the local community, IAS has been a longstanding Business Partner of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Owner Tina Darling and VP of Business Elizabeth Reynolds both serve on several committees including chair and vice chair positions. Reynolds is also the communications chair for the Sarasota Young Professionals Group. They are also members of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Council of Realtors, Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, Pinellas Realtor Organization, and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors. IAS also stays involved by volunteering with All Faith’s Food Bank, hosting an annual blood drive and by participating in any fundraisers that the clubs are hosting. Heading into 2018, IAS plans to continue on the same path while expanding exponentially.
