Brooke Chase Associates has announced the successful placement of Gary Parker as Chief Operating Officer with Kentucky Trailer. Reporting directly to the CEO, Parker will develop, implement and oversee all operations resources enterprise-wide to support the overall strategic direction and business plans of the organization. Parker will build and lead the team that brings life to productivity improvement, facility and capacity optimization, employee engagement, workplace safety and servant leadership culture throughout every corner of the organization. With an extensive background in manufacturing and engineering, Gary previously held the position of Director of Manufacturing with Great Dane.
