Sarasota-based executive search firm Brooke Chase Associates has announced the successful recruitment of Peachie Hytowitz as Product Manager-Commercial Products with Rapak. Hytowitz will be responsible for working collaboratively with sales, marketing, engineering, purchasing, quality and manufacturing to maintain existing product offering while developing new products. She will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop new products through stage-gate PDP, product development process, managing product cost and profitability, monitoring and adapting product portfolio strategy to changing industry regulations and market trends. With an extensive background in sales, engineering and marketing, Hytowitz most recently held the position of Technical Marketing Manager with Amiad Filtration.
