GATES Construction has announced the addition of Dan Simpler as superintendent. Simpler will be responsible for daily onsite supervision of GATES’ projects, including quality control, safety and security, project close out and transition planning. Simpler has over 16 years of construction experience with a wide variety of project types. He received his B.S. from Colorado State University. Simpler will be based out of GATES Construction’s Sarasota office.
