Blalock Walters real estate attorney Gregory S. DeMeuse, Esq. has been appointed to the board of directors of The Artists Guild of Manatee, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build a community where artists live and work while enhancing quality of life and creating a harmonious environment. The Guild is comprised of Village of the Arts residents and business owners, along with community members who share the same vision. DeMeuse focuses his practice in real estate, land use and local government law. His real estate practice focuses on commercial and residential transactions. In the areas of local government and land use law, he serves as counsel to a wide variety of local government entities, such as municipalities, special districts, community development districts and interlocal governments. DeMeuse also represents private clients in all aspects of the permitting and development process.
