Capstone Group, Williams Parker Partner on Development

Business

The Capstone Group and the law firm of Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen have entered into a long-term development project regarding the law firm’s property at 200 South Orange Ave. With a commitment to Sarasota’s downtown core as the region’s hub for commerce, arts, culture and urban living, both parties anticipate a mixed-use development featuring residential and commercial space to complement and enhance the area, including an office building to become Williams Parker’s new headquarters. The law firm will remain in its current office space until the new building is complete. Capstone is a closely held real estate development, management and ownership organization with activities in four states. Williams Parker was founded in 1925 and offers one of Florida’s largest trusts and estates practices; tax and employment groups with significant depth; and accomplished real estate, litigation, healthcare and corporate practices.
