Selby Gardens Announces New Trustees, Officers

Marie Selby Botanical Gardens has appointed new members to its governing board of trustees, which guides and oversees the organization’s strategic planning and operations, and elected new officers. Joining the board under the direction of board chairman Michael J. Wilson, Esq. a tax and business attorney at Williams Parker, are Norbert P. Donelly, Marcy Klein, Cornelia Matson, Marianne D. McComb and Charlie Mueller. Each will serve a three-year term. Pauline Wamsler Joerger continues in her role as vice chair. Newly appointed officers include Katherine A. Martucci, serving as secretary, and Andrew M. Economos, Ph.D. serving as treasurer. The one-year appointments begin immediately. Returning board members are J. Allison Archbold, Esq., Jean Weidner Goldstein, Teri A Hansen, Daniel M. McDonald (STAR Leadership Program), Sharyn Weiner and Margaret Wise. Longtime trustee and member of the institution’s founding board Dr. Carlyle A. Luer, serves as Trustee Emeritus.
