Ryntal Property Management, a leader in residential property management, has announced it has achieved a major milestone: 10 years of successful business operations. Tom and Kathy Wagenhauser have grown the business from three properties and one employee to managing over 650 properties and 30 employees. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, only about 30% of all small businesses ever reach the 10-year mark. And while it's an accomplishment for any company to reach the 10-year milestone, it's particularly significant for Ryntal Property Management. The company was launched in 2008 during the global financial and housing crisis.
