Theresa Meyers of leading luxury Gulf Coast brokerage Michael Saunders & Company was recently awarded her broker’s license by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), a seven-member organization appointed by the Governor and tasked with regulating real estate licensees. Meyers completed the post-licensing educational requirements along with passing an FREC-approved course for brokers, consisting of 72 classroom hours and covering a range of topics, including state regulations, industry ethics and broker management.
