FSU/Asolo Conservatory Receives Grant from GCCF

The FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training has announced that it is the recipient of a $7,500 grant from Gulf Coast Community Foundation. The grant supports this season’s Shakespeare in the Gardens performance of As You Like It, which runs April 10-27, 2019. The grant will help transform Marie Selby Botanical Gardens into a theatre, complete with state-of-the-art lights, sound, costumes, and more. Tickets for the third annual Shakespeare in the Gardens production may be purchased through the box office either online, starting September 28, or by phone or in person (941-351-8000 or 5555 North Tamiami Trl.), starting October 1.
