Coldwell Banker recently brought on two top-producing teams from competitors over to its Longboat Key office. The Gillen Group is a husband-and-wife team comprising Eileen and Brian Gillen, and has joined from Michael Saunders. The duo brings more than 35 years of collective real estate sales experience. The Lorman Team, comprising Dave Lorman, Robin Bowman and Kristine Lorman, joins Coldwell Banker from RE/MAX Alliance Group, with more than 16 years of combined real estate experience.
