Zain and Brooke Hartman have joined Robert T. Anderson's team in the Siesta Key office of RE/MAX Alliance Group. Zain's financial experience and Brooke's legal background combine to give real estate buyers, sellers and investors a high level of knowledge and expertise. Zain and Brooke specialize in luxury and investment properties (single and multi-family) in Sarasota and the surrounding keys. Zain has a real estate background in construction, commercial asset management (managing just under $1 billion in assets), acquisitions and development. He is a member of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group and the Sarasota Real Estate Investors Association. Brooke began her career as a real estate and land use attorney at Venable, LLP in Washington DC. She has her own law practice, Hartman BizLaw, PLLC, providing transactional legal services geared toward small businesses and entrepreneurs. She also is a member of the Young Professionals Group, as well as the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
