Award-winning sales associate Dawn Merrill has joined The Shanahan Group of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Downtown Sarasota office. A consistent top-producer with a local homebuilder, Merrill achieved the highest sales volume for the past five years, with more than $100 million in new home sales. A 42-year Sarasota resident, she brings deep local knowledge, site development experience and 15 years of real estate sales to this new role. The Shanahan Group’s Ken Shanahan, Katina Shanahan and Bridgett Byzewski have closed $23 million in new construction sales alone in less than three years.
