Correction to the “Learning to Lead in a Technical World” article published in SRQ DAILY this past Wednesday, October 24, 2018 and the statement that Booker High School was the only comprehensive high school in Sarasota County with a full-time college and career advisor. To clarify, the Education Foundation of Sarasota County has opened two Student Success Centers this year at both North Port High School as well as Riverview High School, which both have dedicated full-time college and career advisors funded by the Education Foundation of Sarasota County as part of their commitment to college, career and life readiness.
